Absolute jol with the staff! They helped with everything and made us feel right at home. The brekkie buffet was lekker with fresh omelettes and tasty options every morning. Plus, the rooms were comfy, perfect for unwinding after ski days.

WiFi was a bit dodgy, could've done with better connection in the room.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay as the hotel is just a few steps from the gondola lift, making it super easy to access the slopes, while also being close to local bars and restaurants like Euphoria Bar & Grill for some great after-ski vibes.

The outdoor jacuzzi with mountain views was a highlight, and the staff's attention made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

I loved the location of MPM Sport Hotel, just a short walk from the gondola. Super convenient for hitting the slopes. The breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh omelettes made to order and delicious cheeses. The evening dining options were impressive too, especially the hot chocolate sponge dessert, a hit with my family. The staff were eager to help, assisting with ski rentals and making our stay more comfortable. The spa area was nice for relaxation after a day on the mountain. the restaurant service could definitely improve. there were times I waited quite a while for drinks during breakfast, and the table clearing felt chaotic at peak times. The room had a few quirks, like a high bath/shower combo that lacked safety handles, posing some risk. I enjoyed my time here, but the dining experience needs more attention.

I had a fantastic time during my stay, especially appreciating the unique ski-in/ski-out access which allowed me to glide right from the slopes to the hotel. The spacious room included robes and slippers, making it comfortable to access the lovely spa facilities. Breakfast was a delight with a multitude of options, particularly the warm and delicious chocolate sponge dessert that was a standout. the dining area was quite crowded in the mornings, which could make finding a table a bit challenging at peak times.

The views from the restaurant were stunning, but the ski room was inadequate.

The restaurant could use a serious boost in staffing. my meals were frequently rushed, with courses arriving before I finished the previous ones. the gym was closed during my stay considering it was advertised as a facility. My room had cleanliness issues, with visible debris suggesting it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival. there were notable lapses in room maintenance, and I can’t forget the random noise from guests late at night that disrupted my sleep.

Great stay with friends! We enjoyed the prime location near the gondola and had a blast at Rila Fun Park. The hotel offered solid comfort and fun activities after a long day on the slopes, making it easy to unwind and relax.
